By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

WTP Group is operated by Wasply Pty Ltd (ABN 16 630 309 821), a company registered in Australia.

2. Our services

WTP Group provides recruitment and career guidance services for accounting, finance, engineering, and legal professionals across Australia. Our services include career discovery conversations, candidate-employer introductions, resume and market guidance, salary benchmarking and market intelligence, and ongoing career partnership support.

Our services to candidates are provided at no cost. We are compensated by employer partners upon successful placement.

3. No employment relationship

WTP Group acts as an intermediary between candidates and employer partners. We are not an employer, and nothing in these Terms or in our interactions with you creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between WTP Group and any candidate.

All employment offers, terms, and conditions are made directly by the employer partner. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, specific roles, salary levels, or placement timeframes.

4. Your obligations

When using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances, experience, or availability, not misrepresent your qualifications, work history, or right to work in Australia, use our website and services only for lawful purposes, not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our written consent, and not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website.

5. Candidate information and consent

By submitting your information to WTP Group, whether through our website, email, phone, or any other channel, you consent to us retaining your information on our recruitment management system, sharing your profile with prospective employer partners for the purpose of facilitating introductions (we will discuss opportunities with you before sharing your details), contacting you about relevant career opportunities, conducting reference checks with referees you nominate, and using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at support@wtpgroup.com.

6. Employer partner terms

Our engagement with employer partners is governed by separate commercial agreements. These Terms do not apply to the commercial relationship between WTP Group and our employer partners, which is subject to individual terms of business.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WTP Group or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. The WTP® name and logo are registered trademarks of Wasply Pty Ltd.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to our website at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the relevant services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WTP Group, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, any misrepresentation made by you, your use of our website or services, or any claim by a third party arising from your actions or omissions.

Any information we share with you about our employer partners, including role details, salary ranges, and organisational information, is provided in confidence for the sole purpose of evaluating career opportunities. You agree not to disclose this information to any third party without our written consent.

Similarly, we treat all information you share with us as confidential and will only disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with your knowledge.

13. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute (or its successor). If mediation does not resolve the dispute within a further 30 days, either party may commence legal proceedings.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with the revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
